Okinawa Times Interview 2007
On the 15.July 2007 the "Okinawa Times" sponsored the biggest competition of Okinawa (Okinawa Times Competition).
The day before the competition ( 14.July), after a previous visit to my children's class for an interview, they published an article about us, because it would be a first students of a foreign teacher would participate in the event.
After the publication of our article, Yamashiro Katsuya Sensei too wrote a Japanese article about my kids class and the teams, which participated for the first time in the Okinawa Times Competition July 2007.
I am very grateful to Yamashiro Sensei who dedicated the "Goju Shinbun" article to me. "Goju Shinbun" is the newspaper of the International Okinawa Goju ryu Karate Federation in Okinawa, entirely written and edited by Yamashiro Katsuya Sensei. This is a very precious contribution appreciated by us all.
