Teaching Wing Chun & Karate in Italy - September 2016

​On Sept 2016 I went in Italy to teach 5 seminars in different cities. Furthermore, it was the first time that people in my native country asked to me to teach them also wing chun beyond karate.  And it was a success. First seminar happened in Voghera (PV) on Sept, 4 organized by Sensei Thomas  Manolitsos (Namikaze Dojo Shotokan Karate) where took part about 30 people  to whom I taught Okinawa Karate (Hojo Undo and conditioning). The second seminar was in Padova city (Colli Euganei) organized by Sensei Moreno Ruzzante (Ryuibukan Italia) on Sept 17-18 where we did 2 days of intense training (karate and wing chun). It was a pleasure to teach wing chun in this dojo affiliated to my Association. The third one was held on Sept, 20 in Arquata Scrivia (AL) at Usam Karate of Sensei Giovanni Brugna. More than 30 people trained hard in conditioning, and some new training method. The fourth seminar on 22 in Parma city organized by Sensei Diego Mainardi where I taught to about 40 people separated in 2 groups, karate (kids group) and wing chun (adult). Last seminar on Sept 25 at Bungalow Beach (Sanremo city) organized by Sensei Dario Regina and myself. Topic discussed the self-defense, where Regina Sensei  with techniques from karate, and I with techniques taken from wing chun, we highlighted the similarities between these two martial arts.
