Alessandro Arangio Febbo.
・He began his first martial art, Judo, at the age 9, for about a year, which he will attend again several times after starting karate.
・Started Karate in Italy at the age 14 and has to date 44 years of martial arts training.
・He practiced 12 years Shotokan, at the same time, he has had experiences in various Martial Arts, to increase his technical skills.
・He trained for the first time in Naha (Okinawa) at Sensei Higaonna's Dojo (IOGKF) for about one month in 1993.
・After returning to Italy, subsequently travelled every year to Tokyo and Okinawa to study Goju Ryu (IOGKF) under Japanese Masters.
・August 2003 he left Italy to study Karate Goju-ryu in Tokyo.
・May 2006 he moved to Okinawa where he is currently residing, to train at Higaonna Sensei's Dojo in Naha.
・December 2006 he started own Karate Classes in Chatan, Okinawa.
・From 2007 to July 2011 he was one of the teachers at Honbu Dojo of Higaonna Sensei, and Member of the Board of IOGKF Japan
・November 2009, he was the first foreigner in history to be part of a Japan Budo Delegation, for a demonstration in the Netherlands.
・October 2011 he opened own Dojo in Ginowan, Okinawa.
・November 2011 he quit officially the IOGKF
・January 2012 He founded his own Martial Arts Academy called Okinawa Ryuibukan Academy.
・April 3, 2023 he opened the new dojo in Akebono, Naha, Okinawa
・September 1, 2024. He becomes a member of TOGKF, officially returning under the guidance of HIGAONNA MORIO SENSEI

Wing Chun Profile:
・In June 2011 he went to Hong Kong by Grandmaster Ip Chun (IP MAN's first son) for further study in wing chun, began many years ago in Italy. ・ In November 2011, started to teach Wing Chun at the Okinawa Ryuibukan Association. ・ In June 2012, he went again to Hong Kong to practice directly to the Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy in Nullah Road. ・ In February 2013, again by the Grand Master Ip Chun, at the Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy in Hong Kong, and on February 25 he passed the official exam instructor, obtaining the diploma of "Sifu". ・ In November 2013, once again in Hong kong to deepen the study of Wing Chun techniques supervised by Grand Master Ip Chun ・ In April 2015, again in Hong Kong at Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy ・ In January 2017 he trained Wing Chun at Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy with several qualified Instructors (Si-Hing) ・ In August- September 2107 again in Hong Kong to keep and increase his knowledges in Wing Chun ・In June 2018 he went in Hong Kong to renew his Instructor Certificate (Sifu), and to train at Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy. - In August 2019 again in Hong Kong, for the 95th birthday party of the Grand Master IP CHUN, and for his training. ・Recognized WING CHUN Kung Fu Instructor "SIFU" by Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy (the only one in Japan and responsible in Okinawa). ・ Permanent Member of Wing Chun Ip Chun Academy |

・In July 2017 he went in Cebu (Philippines) to improve his skills in Balintawak Eskrima, by Grand Master Nick Elizar (World Nickelstick Eskrima Club) ・In March 2018 he went again n Cebu to train in Nickelstick Balintawak Eskrima, and on March 26 he passed the official test instructor (1st level) supervised by GM Nick Elizar, obtaining the certificate of "Guro" ・In February 2019 once again in Cebu, and on March,4 2019 he obtained the 2nd level Instructor certificate, becoming officially the ITALY CHIEF INSTRUCTOR. ・Recognized BALINTAWAK ESKRIMA Instructor "GURO" by World Nickelstick Eskrima Club (the only one in Okinawa and in Italy) ・Authorized officially to propagate and teach the World Nickelstick Eskrima Self-Defense Balintawak Style, a true and living FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS - ARNIS |
