Teaching Karate in Italy - March 2015

From February,26 to March,18 I went in Italy to teach Okinawa Karate in four differents places. In first of these, Seregno (MB), there were about 170 participants with my huge satisfaction and pleasure. This seminar organized by Paolo Ornaghi Sensei, happend on March,1 morning and afternoon, with a total of about 6 hours of workout where I presented Junbi Undo (warmup), Kakie (sticky hands), Tanren (conditioning), Kata Sanchin compared with Kata Hangetsu, Bunkai (applications), and the end I showed Hojo Undo (supplementary training). Many teachers and students from different martial arts have trained hard and with passion. The 2nd seminar took place on 7-8 March in Luvigliano-Colli Euganei(PD) at the headquarters of Ryuibukan Italy, the Okinawan Dojo od Maestro Moreno Sensei. On this occasion, being an affiliate dojo to me, the program of karate was more intense and detailed to keep a common line to be followed either in Okinawa such as in Italy.
The 3rd seminar happened to in Arquata Scrivia on March 10 in one evening of about 3 hours with about 50 participants, where I taught the same arguments of Seregno, except for the kata Sanchin. The last training in Parma, organized by USACLI Parma, on March 14-15. A two-day intensive with the participation of various teachers and students.
In conclusion, three amazing weeks where I have noticed a growing interest and enthusiasm for the Okinawan karate. Thanks to everyone who participated and see you next time.
